Before all of this, I was operating from addiction, abuse, disordered eating
and a plethora of not enoughs. I was overridden with anxiety and the internal conflict I felt on a daily basis was so intense, it took everything I had not to simply end it all. It's because of the depths of my struggles that
I know what it takes to really play all out in creating the life of your wildest dreams - to thrive, rather than simply survive.

I've spent the last 10 years working with, for and alongside some of the greatest minds in human behaviour, sports and the entrepreneurial space, building the life I'd once only fantasised about, and mentoring women from all around the globe in doing the same for themselves and their families.
